Returns + Exchanges
At Sajraah, we want you to love what you wear. We understand that sometimes a product might not fit perfectly or look exactly how you imagined. That is why we offer a completely hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. “Try It” Policy (Condition of Items) We want you to be comfortable.
No Tags Required: We understand you might remove tags to try the outfit comfortably. We accept returns even if the tags are removed.
Try It On: You are welcome to try on the product to check the fit and feel.
Please Note: While we accept items without tags, we kindly ask that the product is returned without permanent stains or physical damage (tears, burns, etc.) caused after delivery.
3. Free Size Exchanges If the fit isn’t right, don’t worry!
We offer Free Exchanges for size issues.
Simply request an exchange for the correct size, and we will handle the rest.
4. The Process (We Handle Everything) We make returns easy with our Doorstep Pickup service:
Request: Contact us via email at support@shreemahavircreation.in or WhatsApp/Call us at +91-9601972111 to initiate a return or exchange.
Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. You do not need to visit a courier office.
Handover: Please hand over the product to our courier partner when they arrive.
5. Refunds
Once we pick up the item and verify it at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.
