1. Shipping Area & Costs

• Coverage: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Shipping Fee: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners the next business day after the order is placed.

• Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

• While we aim to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier operational issues, or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

• We do not charge any extra fees for COD orders; you pay exactly what you see at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.

• You can use this link to track the live status of your package.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.

• If you open the package and find the product damaged or missing, please contact our support team at +91-9601972111/support@shreemahavircreation.in within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds: We will conduct a thorough verification/investigation of the issue. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).
