Welcome to Sajraah. By accessing our platform, examining our collections, or purchasing tailored garments, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed below.
1. General Provisions
Sajraah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without explicit notice. The garments showcased operate on a limited run basis. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or inventory inaccuracies after point of sale if required.
2. Artisanal Variance
Because our Kurtas and Pyjamas feature hand-crafted, artisanal manufacturing processes, minute variances in thread, dye saturation, or dimensions may occur. These are hallmarks of authenticity, not defects.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Given the bespoke nature of premium fashion, returns are strictly managed. Exchanges for sizing discrepancies are honored within 14 days of tracked delivery, provided the garment remains unworn, undamaged, and retains all original tags.
