Free Pan-India Delivery
We are delighted to offer 100% Free Shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value or quantity required to qualify for free delivery.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days of order placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Non-Metro / Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Courier Partners
We partner with premium, trusted logistics providers (such as Bluedart and Delhivery) to ensure your handcrafted garments arrive safely and promptly.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India at no extra charge. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to hand over the payment to the courier executive.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they will try to contact you via phone. If the delivery fails after maximum attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our support team to arrange a re-shipment.
International Shipping
Currently, Sajraah only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand globally in the future.
