How do I know my size?

We provide detailed measurements for all our garments. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing an order. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable traditional fit.

How should I care for my Sajraah garments?

To preserve the premium quality of the fabrics, we highly recommend professional dry cleaning for all our kurtas. Do not bleach or tumble dry. If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron on the reverse side.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Our garments are handcrafted, meaning minor variations in stitching or embroidery are a natural hallmark of artisanal work. These nuances ensure that every single piece is unique to you.

Will the color match exactly what I see on my screen?

While we strive for color accuracy in our photography, device screens and display settings vary widely. Therefore, there might be a slight difference between the color on your screen and the actual fabric color.

Do you offer custom tailoring or bespoke orders?

Currently, we offer our garments in standard sizes ranging from S to XXL as per our size chart. We do not offer bespoke or made-to-measure tailoring services at this time.

Can I place a bulk order for a wedding or event?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for special occasions depending on fabric availability. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page at least 4-6 weeks in advance to discuss your requirements.

Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer 100% free Pan-India shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or quantity.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most pin codes in India. We do not charge any extra fee for choosing the COD payment method.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges strictly within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. For full details, please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Please email us immediately at contact@shreemahavircreation.in with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and an SMS containing your tracking link and Airway Bill (AWB) number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Do you offer premium gift packaging?

Every Sajraah garment is delivered in our signature premium packaging, making it perfect for gifting right out of the box. We do not currently offer customized gift notes, but the unboxing experience remains luxurious.
