Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Window

At Sajraah, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange strictly within 7 days from the date of order delivery.

Condition Requirements

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The garment must be completely unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original premium packaging.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and undergarments.
  • Custom-tailored or altered pieces.
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.

Return Shipping

Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us. A flat reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund amount, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item being delivered.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your Bank Account or UPI details, and the refund will be transferred directly. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you can request a direct exchange instead of a refund. Once we receive the original item, the replacement size will be dispatched immediately (subject to stock availability).
